Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your original method of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing times.

Please note that you have an obligation to make payments carefully and to ensure that you really intend to use Our services. We discourage a change of mind as a ground for requesting a refund.

We will bear full responsibility for errors that are due to us.

You may not be eligible for a refund in respect of any Service pending the resolution of a claim for a refund.

Notification for EU consumers. According to Article 16(a) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgment that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
